Payments made through Paypal will show as billed from Scott Jones Photography.
Most photographic prints available here are mounted on mat board or Styrene and thus must be mailed flat. Some prints are unmounted and can be mailed rolled in a tube. Options and prices for each are shown during checkout. Shipping worldwide via USPS is the default choice, though other options (FedEx, UPS, DHL) are available on a custom basis. Please contact us via the options above to inquire about pricing for your preferred method.
Items Damaged in Transit/Returns/Refunds
If your item is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Please do not return anything without contacting us first to receive a Return Authorization Number.
For unsigned prints, evidence of the damaged item (photos of the box/container and the damaged item are usually good enough) is all that’s needed for a free replacement. Please contact us upon receipt of any damaged item.
For open edition signed prints, replacement is usually not a possibility. Please contact us to discuss returning the damaged signed print to us for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged prints in Limited Editions may sometimes be replaced with another number of the edition. If no other number is available or acceptable, please contact us to discuss returning the damaged signed print to us for a refund of the purchase price. Damaged Custom Signature prints can usually be resigned and replaced at the next MotoGP event. Please contact us for information about Scott’s travel schedule.
