Of the many amazing things I’ve seen Casey do on a motorcycle, this instance is special for me because Casey’s first race on a factory Honda was days away, and given that it was at the official test just before the 2011 season started, there were even fewer people at trackside than on a race evening. To me it felt like just the two of us there, and I don’t know if any other photographer got a shot of this amazing moment.

The print itself is also a bit unusual because it’s a square, 20×20″, mounted on metallic paper. The latter means that the Repsol colors under the unique lighting of Losail are even more intense. The price is $750, shipping included, though California residents must pay sales tax.
