More Views of Misano MotoGP 2016
My second set of images from Misano MotoGP 2016. Sure, most think of the San Marino GP as Valentino Rossi’s home race, which of course it is, given that the man grew up in Tavullia, a short 17 kilometers away.
But Andrea Dovizioso, shown above, was born in Forlimpopoli, a mere 60 kilometers from the Misano circuit, making it his home race as well. With a snappy special helmet design, Dovi was hoping for a good result, perhaps even to become the season’s eighth race winner.
Sometimes it’s easier just to flip the dang thing on its side. Mechanics work on Jorge Navarro’s Moto3 Honda.
Alex Lowes has impressed while filling in for Bradley Smith at Tech 3 Yamaha, and will continue his role at Aragon while Bradley’s leg heals.
How do you tell how hot your brakes are getting on track? You use these special temperature sticker things that tell you that information when the rider returns to pit lane.
Alvaro Bautista is seeing his Aprilia make progress. It sure can slide around corners.
Maverick Vinales explains to his crew chief how “When I go BRAAAP it goes whooooah.” (Translation by Google.)
