The more things change…

Andrea Dovizioso and Cal Crutchlow at Losail 2014

The 2015 Factory Ducati rider line up will stay the same as in 2014. Andrea Dovizioso has signed a two-year contract, and Cal Crutchlow has just announced that he will stay with the Bologna team for the second year of his current deal.

Crutchlow’s announcement leads Pramac Ducati rider Andrea Iannone without a shot at the factory team next season, but he may well receive the same bike as Dovi and Crutchlow for 2015.

We are all waiting to see what the GP15 will look and perform like. It promises to be the most significant change in direction for Ducati since the factory entered MotoGP. Gigi Dall’Igna left Aprilia to take over as head of Ducati Corse, and the GP15 will be the proof in the pudding as to how well he has righted the listing ship.
