Photo Reconstruction Videos Now Playing

Posted on 2 May, 2016 by Scott Jones

If you enjoy the photo editing articles I post here, please take a look at the videos I’m creating in which I not only describe the edit settings but show the process step by step. I’ve posted two videos so far on YouTube.

These first videos are something I call Photo Reconstructions, where I start with an unedited photo and recreate the edit settings to reproduce the final version that has been posted on the PhotoGP galleries. The first one of Marc Marquez’ chair is here:
The image on the left is the unedited file, and the one on the right is the final version.

The second in the series, of Valentino Rossi in pit lane is here and looks like this:
Again, unedited file on the left and final version on the right.

I have more videos planned and am working on a third at the moment. I will post links to the new videos here and include them in the Technique category so they are grouped with the articles I write for the PhotoGP website. I hope you enjoy watching them and maybe even learn something that will help improve your own photography!
